Ticket Refund Policy and Delegate Substitution
Please note that ticket purchases for the event are non-refundable, as they fall under the exception for leisure activities and services provided on a specific date. This is in line with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, and similar provisions under applicable local laws in other jurisdictions.
However, the name of the registered delegate may be changed.
Requests for name substitutions must be submitted in writing to the event organizer no later than 7 business days before the event.
