EGAS – EGYPRIAN NATURAL GAS HOLDING COMPANY

The Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company “EGAS” was established in 2011 as an entity mandated to organize and manage all natural gas activities in Egypt. Its main objectives are to expand natural gas utilization in the domestic market, encourage investments in natural gas activities, manage gas transmission and distribution systems as well as to develop LNG projects, and to participate in exploration, development and production of natural gas. EGAS aims to implement Egypt Vision for 2030, and to transform Egypt into a regional hub for natural gas trade.
