SOCIETY OF PETROLEUM ENGINEERS – UNIC

The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Cyprus Section, in collaboration with the University of Nicosia Petroleum Engineers Student Chapter, unites professionals and students to advance knowledge and innovation in the energy sector. As a non-profit, international organization, SPE Cyprus promotes technical exchange in exploration, production, and sustainable energy practices. The UNIC Petroleum Engineers Student Chapter organizes field trips, technical talks, site visits, and interviews with experts on topics ranging from geology and drilling operations to energy transition, carbon capture, and geopolitics. Together, we foster professional growth, support research, and encourage responsible solutions to meet global energy needs.
